The words Dragon and Serpent were used routinely in all the ancient accounts relating to the sighting of strange and monstrous creatures. This practice continued into the mid nineteenth century. The word “Dinosaur” was first introduced in 1842 by the founder of the Natural History Museum Richard Owen.

Dinosaurs are not mentioned in the Bible using the word Dinosaur but Behemoth, Leviathan and Dragon

Are used to describe creatures which we would now call Dinosaurs.
